June 2011 :: Summerfield Apartments in New Orleans closes $7,250,000 in permanent financing with Natixis Real Estate Capital.

October 2011 :: Delta Crossing Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina sold for $7,300,000 to Cortland Partners of Atlanta, Georgia.

September 2010 :: Grand Opening at Emerald Pointe Apartments in New Orleans. Leasing begins.

May 2010 :: 2700 Whitney, LLC begins renovation of 408 unit Emerald Pointe apartments in New Orleans. Jay Guffey named as Construction Supervisor. Phase I will include three buildings containing forty eight apartment units.

March 2010 :: Summerfield Apartments crosses 90% Leased Occupancy threshold.

April 2009 :: Devonwood Apartments in New Orleans is demolished. Seven acres of land are available and approved for 241 units.

January 2009 :: Grand Opening at Summerfield Apartments. Leasing begins.

October 2008 :: Sheridan Jenkins joins O'Brien Realty Group as New Orleans Regional Manager. Sheridan will oversee property management and lease up of 224 unit Summerfield Apartments and 408 unit Emerald Pointe Apartments.

March 2008 :: 2700 Whitney, LLC begins renovation of roofs of 408 unit Emerald Pointe Apartments, New Orleans. Thirty three roofs are replaced in four months.

December 2007 :: 1500 Lorene, LLC begins renovation of 224 unit Summerfield Apartments in New Orleans. Mr. Jay Guffey named as Construction Supervisor.

November 2007 :: 1500 Lorene, LLC receives approval of $7,500,000 Construction Loan to rebuild Summerfield Apartments in New Orleans from New South Federal Bank.

November 2007 :: 55 Regal Oaks, LLC purchases 280 unit English Hills Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina for $10,150,000. 55 Regal Oaks, LLC assumes existing financing through April of 2014 from Midland Bank for $6,750,000 at 4.87%. Complex name is changed to The Oasis at Regal Oaks. A two million dollar renovation is planned.
