Danielle Mills is the Marketing Coordinator for O’Brien Realty Group. She joined the team in July of 2010 after taking some time after college to learn the property management business in Boca Raton, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, where she studied real estate and marketing. Danielle is originally from Connecticut, and now lives in Aspen, CO. Her favorite part of the business is using creativity to find new ways to lease apartments and keep other team members happy and motivated. In her free time, Danielle enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends, and family.
Conor O'Brien

Conor O'Brien is the Director of Acquisitions for O’Brien Realty Group. He has spent the last two years as a dedicated residential real estate broker based in Manhattan, bringing valuable experience to the multifamily field. A proud member of the O’Brien family, Conor infuses a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the company's established practices. His deep understanding of the Manhattan market and national multifamily market combined with a commitment of embracing new ideas and technologies that enhance the real estate experience, make him an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, Conor enjoys exploring the vibrant neighborhoods of Manhattan, skiing in Aspen and spending time with family.
Jay Guffey

Sheridan LaFrance

Sheridan LaFrance joined the O’Brien team in October 2008. Her focus at O’Brien Realty will be to oversee the management of the multifamily properties in Louisiana. Ms. LaFrance began her career in real estate management in 1996. Over the years she has successfully directed leasing activities, revenue management, and facility management for both commercial and residential assets. Prior to joining the O’Brien Realty Group she worked with a New Orleans based asset management company where she was a multi-site supervisor, and then director of operations for a portfolio of properties that included multiple apartment communities and commercial real estate. Her experience and concentration has included lease-ups, rehabilitations / renovations, the implementation of preventive maintenance and resident retention programs. Sheridan holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation along with the National Leasing Professional Designation (NALP). Ms. LaFrance is proud to be lifelong resident of New Orleans.

Ellen joined the O’Brien Team in September 2012 and is our Regional Manager in North Carolina. Ellen’s experience includes 32 years in property management, 19 years in the Washington D.C. metro area and 8 years in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. She has held property management and senior property management positions, and her experience and proficiencies are in renovations, new construction through lease up and resident retention programs. Ellen is originally from Philadelphia, and she enjoys her workouts, the beach, and time with her family and grandchildren.

Orrin, a Baton Rouge native, has been with the O’Brien Family for 7 years, starting his career in leasing and property management. With a wide view of new ideas and structured information, he loves creating living opportunities for families. Orrin attended Southern University of Baton Rouge,LA & Berklee College of Music, in Boston, Massachusetts, studying piano education and vocal performance. He currently enjoys touring the states playing for various music festivals and concert performances. Licensed in the state of Louisiana, he definitely plans to leave his mark in the industry.

Ms.Powell was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and proud to call New Orleans home for over the last 25 years.
