Danielle Mills is the Marketing Coordinator for O’Brien Realty Group. She joined the team in July of 2010 after taking some time after college to learn the property management business in Boca Raton, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, where she studied real estate and marketing. Danielle is originally from Connecticut, and now lives in Aspen, CO. Her favorite part of the business is using creativity to find new ways to lease apartments and keep other team members happy and motivated. In her free time, Danielle enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends, and family.

Shannon Mulready is the O’Brien Realty Group’s CFO and Information Technology Officer. Mr. Mulready has nine years of corporate experience in New York City and Connecticut in the legal, oil and technology fields. Shannon combines his substantial accounting expertise with extensive computer system knowledge and currently manages all of the company’s property management software. Shannon graduated from Central Connecticut State College and is a lifelong resident of Connecticut.

Conor O'Brien is the Director of Acquisitions for O’Brien Realty Group. He has spent the last two years as a dedicated residential real estate broker based in Manhattan, bringing valuable experience to the multifamily field. A proud member of the O’Brien family, Conor infuses a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the company's established practices. His deep understanding of the Manhattan market and national multifamily market combined with a commitment of embracing new ideas and technologies that enhance the real estate experience, make him an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, Conor enjoys exploring the vibrant neighborhoods of Manhattan, skiing in Aspen and spending time with family.

Sheridan LaFrance joined the O’Brien team in October 2008. Her focus at O’Brien Realty will be to oversee the management of the multifamily properties in Louisiana. Ms. LaFrance began her career in real estate management in 1996. Over the years she has successfully directed leasing activities, revenue management, and facility management for both commercial and residential assets. Prior to joining the O’Brien Realty Group she worked with a New Orleans based asset management company where she was a multi-site supervisor, and then director of operations for a portfolio of properties that included multiple apartment communities and commercial real estate. Her experience and concentration has included lease-ups, rehabilitations / renovations, the implementation of preventive maintenance and resident retention programs. Sheridan holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation along with the National Leasing Professional Designation (NALP). Ms. LaFrance is proud to be lifelong resident of New Orleans.

Ellen joined the O’Brien Team in September 2012 and is our Regional Manager in North Carolina. Ellen’s experience includes 32 years in property management, 19 years in the Washington D.C. metro area and 8 years in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. She has held property management and senior property management positions, and her experience and proficiencies are in renovations, new construction through lease up and resident retention programs. Ellen is originally from Philadelphia, and she enjoys her workouts, the beach, and time with her family and grandchildren.

Tiffany started working in property management in 2003. She had the pleasure of working in the New Orleans area and when Hurricane Katrina destroyed the city she moved and worked in the Houston, TX area. Tiffany Robinson joined O’Brien Realty Group in June 2013, as a Leasing Specialist at Summerfield Apartment Homes. Tiffany’s main force is to open each person she encounters to a whole new way of living in an Apartment Community. Throughout the years she has helped each property in the Louisiana area standout and set a standard to others. Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time shopping and spending time with her family!

Orrin, a Baton Rouge native, has been with the O’Brien Family for 7 years, starting his career in leasing and property management. With a wide view of new ideas and structured information, he loves creating living opportunities for families. Orrin attended Southern University of Baton Rouge,LA & Berklee College of Music, in Boston, Massachusetts, studying piano education and vocal performance. He currently enjoys touring the states playing for various music festivals and concert performances. Licensed in the state of Louisiana, he definitely plans to leave his mark in the industry

Ms. Powell began working in the Multi-Family Housing Industry in 2006. Her successful journey started as a Leasing Agent, she soared and became a Facility Manager for one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in New Orleans. Nadia has knowledge of the local market and brings over thirteen years’ experience with both Commercial and Conventional market rate communities, and extensive experience in lease-ups. Ms.Powell was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and proud to call New Orleans home for over the last 25 years.

Jeffery was born and raised the youngest of five in Harvey, LA. He first experienced O’Brien Realty standards in 2014 as a tenant and later joined the team in January of 2019 as a leasing consultant and maintenance coordinator. Jeffery brings 12 years of customer service and 8 years of sales experience in various industries to the table. He enjoys the day to day interactions with current residents, as well as the excitement that comes with assisting prospective residents in their search for a new home. In his spare time, Jeffery enjoys spending time with his two kids, creating music, reading and running.

Eve was born and raised in Meriden, CT. She moved to Charlotte 9 years ago and absolutely loves it. Since her move to Charlotte, she has been working as a leasing agent and Assistant Property Manager. She knows how hard moving from one state to another can be, so she enjoys helping others with the process. She believes ‘They key to making a stress free move in is Customer Service, making the prospects comfortable with you, and having them trust you to help them with the process.’ She enjoys reading, cooking, and most of all, family time.
